ስለተጀመረው የሰላም ንግግር የማበረታቻ እና የመልካም ምኞቶች መግለጫ
እኛ ስማችን ከዚህ በታች የተዘረዘረው አገር በቀል የሲቪክ ማህበራት በደቡብ አፍሪካ፣ ፕሪቶሪያ ከተማ በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ መንግሥት እና በሕወሓት መካከል የተጀመረውን የሰላም ንግግር የምናበረታታ እና የምንደግፍ መሆኑን እየገለጽን፤ የሰላም ንግግሩ በመጀመሩ የተሰማንን ደስታ ለመግለጽ እንወዳለን። ይህ ንግግር በሰሜን ኢትዮጵያ ያለውን ጦርነት በሰላማዊ መንገድ እልባት እንዲያገኝ መንገድ ይከፍታል ብለን ተስፋ እናደርጋለን። በጦርነቱ ምክንያትም ጉዳት የደረሰባቸው እና ለችግር የተጋለጡ ኢትዮጵያውያን በሙሉ ዘላቂ ሰላም የሚያገኙበት እና የሰብዓዊ መብቶች የሚከበሩበትን ሁኔታም እንደሚፈጥር እናምናለን። ለዚህም፤ ወሳኝ ለሆነው የሰላም ውይይት ሒደት መሳካት እና ውጤቱም ያማረም እንዲሆን ሁሉም የሚመለከታቸው አካላት በፍፁም ቅን ልቦና እና አገራችንን ኢትዮጵያን ወደ ተረጋጋ ሰላማዊ ሁኔታ በሚያደርስ መልኩ ድጋፋቸውን ይሰጡ ዘንድ እንጠይቃለን። በተጨማሪም ባለድርሻ አካላትን ይህ የሰላም ተስፋ እውን እንዲሆን ኃላፊነታቸውን እንዲወጡ አደራ እንላለን፡፡ በዚህ ረገድ ከእኛ የሚየጠበቅ ማናቸውም ድጋፍ ካለ በሙሉ አቅማችን ለመደገፍ ዝግጁ መሆናችንን እናሳውቃለን፡፡

A statement of appreciation and Best Wishes to the ongoing peace conversation
We, the Civil Society Organizations listed below, would like to extend our encouragement and support to the ongoing Peace talk between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopian Government and TPLF in Pretoria, South Africa. We would like to express our utmost glee over the beginning of this peaceful talk and we hope it will open up peaceful ways to resolve the ongoing war in the Northern part of the country. We trust that this can also create an opportunity for the realization of human rights and a wave of lasting peace and ensure the safety of citizens who are at risk due to the conflict. To that end, we urge all concerned parties to contribute to the peacebuilding of our country by providing their support in good faith to the peace talk and calling on all stakeholders to fulfill their responsibilities in bringing this hope for peace a reality. In this regard, we would like to express our willingness to support this cause to the maximum of our potential.
