የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ተሟጋቾች ማዕከል ሰራተኞች ከቦርድ አባላት ጋር ተወያይተዋል። የድርጅቱ ሰራተኞች በድርጅቱ ውስጥ ስላላቸው ተግባር አስተዋውቀዋል ፤ ሰራተኞቹ እስካሁን ስለተከናወኑት ፕሮጀክቶች እና የወደፊት እቅዶችም አሳውቀዋል። የማህበሩ አስተዳደር በድርጅቱ ውስጥ ስለተከሰቱት አዳዲስ መዋቅራዊ ማሻሻያዎች ለቦርዱ አሳውቋል። እንዲሁም ቦርዱ የቢሮውን እድሳት ጎብኝቷል። ውይይቱ በቀን 12/07/2014 ተደርጓል፡፡
EHRDC board members were introduced to the staff and their respective activities within the organization. The staff updated the board on the projects achieved so far and plans for the future. The management also updated the board on the new structural reforms that occurred within the organization. The board also had the chance to see the office renovation.
